Join us for a slow, deep, healing vinyasa classes drawing on the teachings of tantra, bhakti & the universal wisdom of the HEART.
Emphasizing the connection between Inner peace and Outer peace.
Classes will include dynamic asana, breathwork, meditation + chanting.  All levels welcome.

Join us for an evening of meditation. We will reflect on some of the philosophy and practice of heart / soul centered yogic meditation. Meditation is the flowering of yoga, it is the natural harmony and resonance of body mind & soul.  It is as natural to us as breathing and being.  It is not that we don’t know how to meditate, it is just that we have forgotten.  The practices of yoga meditation give us a way to come home to ourselves and connect back to the source of being within us, the ground of being.  In this powerful time, now more than ever we are being asked to create peace by healing first ourselves, by awakening the peace within.  If there is to be outer peace, there must first be inner peace.
