DESCRIPTION:Winter Solstice Awakening Heart Online Immersion Dec 20- 22\, 2018\nAwakening Heart:\nHealing Yoga & Heart Centered Practices for Transforming Times\nYoga Practice ~ Breathwork ~ Meditation ~ Heart Wisdom Teachings in the privacy of your own home and on your own time. \nJoin Saul for this unique online program during the SOLSTICE.\nThe classes will be recorded\, you will have access to the live classes as they happen online and the video recording of the classes for 1 month. There program will mirror a weekend immersion program. There are three classes in all each with a talk and practices. \nWe are living in a time of great awakening and transformation both individually and collectively – there is a great urgency and we are all feeling it. We are in an evolutionary process together. Awakening is a process\, it is a journey\, as we each connect to the source of wisdom\, love\, healing and life within\, we create more of this energy for ourselves and the planet. Yoga is an ancient technology of wholeness\, reconnecting us back to the source of life\, love & truth within. Saul will share teachings and practices for body\, mind and heart and co-create a space for us all to come home to. \nTo both ancient mystics and modern medicine the human heart holds special significance as the center of life within and the seat of our deeper soul consciousness.\nJoin us for these specially crafted online immersive practices\, weaving the teachings of yoga\, bhakti + tantra with a healing heart centered yoga asana practice\, breathwork\, meditation\, chanting\, music and community ! \nEach session will be unique. If you have taken my Awakening Heart class in the last few months while I was on tour. This will have some similar threads\, but will be a unique program\, \nPre-registration is required. \nIf you would like to join us\, but cannot afford the tuition\, please send us an email and let us know why you want to do the course and offer what you can. \nEach session will be recorded. You can join the live program or watch the recording on your own time\, or both.\nSessions will be 1.5 – 2 hours long depending on Q & A. \nSession Descriptions \nThursday Dec 20th – Rhythm of Life 5pm PST\nDharma Talk + Yoga Practice\nAll of life is connected through rhythm; the solar ( solstice) cycles\, lunar cycles and the rhythms of our human body and spirit are interwoven. Ancient cultures understood the power of life and connection through music\, dance\, song and prayer. In this session we will dive into this healing wisdom to remember and understand the rhythms of life.\nWe will celebrate this solstice by aligning back in alignment with our breath\, body and heart and with Mother Earth and her great cycles. \nYoga practice is for all levels will include asana ( go at your own pace)\, breathwork and meditation. \nFriday Dec 21st – Awakening Heart (Evolutionary Heart) 5pm PST\nDharma Talk + Yoga Practice \nBoth yoga and physics reveal to us that the Universe is a continuum of energy and is constantly\nevolving and awakening. We are each an essential part of this process and connected to\neverything. To the ancients\, life is the journey of the soul; it is for the purpose of awakening. This\nclass will support and focus on the awakening heart within each of us through the practice heart /\nsoul centered yoga asana\, breath work\, meditation and chanting. A yoga + music experience for\nbody\, mind and soul. \nSaturday Dec 22nd – Jewel in the Lotus: Practices for Heart-full Living – 11am PST \nIn this session we will focus on the deeper meaning of the ‘Jewel in the Lotus’ and integration\, balance and moving forward in compassion and service to ourselves and all beings.
