DESCRIPTION:Summer Immersion Retreat in Greece!\nAwakening Inner Flow & Creativity + \n Mantra Sacred Sound Immersion\nLesbos\, Greece \nJuly 6-13 Lesbos\, Greece \nwith Saul David Raye & Jim Beckwith \nPlease join us this summer for a very special immersion retreat on the beautiful greek island of Lesbos (also Mytilene). We will attune to the summer rhythms of greek life\, swimming in the Aegean sea\, watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets\, eating delicious local food\, enjoying hiking and sightseeing. The focus of the retreat will be on awakening our individual and collective creativity and immersing deeply into teachings on Nada Yoga (yoga of sound) and the practice of mantra. \nLesbos has a rich history in myths of Greece and has always been a favorite place for artists\, poets and writers as well as a popular destination for romance. Lesbos has in fact been the home over the years to some of the great artists and a part of the creative heartbeat of greek mythology\, what an epic place of pilgrimage to awaken and nourish your inner creativity.\n Lesbos is also well known for its Olive Oil\, Ouzo and beautiful beaches. We will explore the island as well as the natural hot springs and beaches and sweet fishing village nearby the retreat center. \nRetreat Includes:\n 2 Daily Yoga + Pranayama + Meditation Classes\n Daily Mantra + Sacred Chants\n Kirtan / Ecstatic Chanting\n Awakening the Muse – The Divine Dance of Saraswati / Creative Energy as the Universal Energy of Spirit\n Awakening Creativity: Teachings\, Mantra + Meditation\, Physical + Writing Exercises\n Creative Visioning – Support for getting clear on what you want to create\n Nada Yoga Teachings\n Live music concert with Jim Beckwith !\n Daily Greek Breakfast + Lunch\n 3 Dinners a the retreat (The rest of the evenings we will take a short walk into the town of Molivos).\n Swimming in a non-chlorinated pool and hot tub at the retreat\n Massages available for additional cost.\n Private Music + Singing Lessons Available\n Time to swim\, relax\, hike and walk.\n Excursions to Hot Springs\, Beach\, and local town \n*This retreat will count for 35 hours towards YA continuing education or toward Atma Yoga Certification. \nThe retreat center\n We wil be staying in the port city of Molyvos\, which was the city of Ancient Mythimna\, at the beautiful Milelja Retreat Center www.milelja.com. \nCost\n The retreat cost includes all yoga classes\, accommodation\, greek breakfast + lunches + 3 dinners.\n We will walk into town for dinner on the other nights. Dinner is between $15- $ 25.\n Massage\, private music + Soul 2 Sessions are available for an extra charge. \nDouble Occupancy :\n $1650 – Early Bird / $1750- After May 21st \nPrivate\n $1900 – Early Bird / $2100 after May 21st. \nSpecial offer through June 1 – Bring a friend and take of $150 each. \nFlight Information\n We have had great results with the sites www.skyscanner.com and www.kayak.com for flights as well as www.justfly.com.\n If you are on a budget\, the most economical flights are roundtrip into London for around $600 0r $700 currently and an additional $250 or so  to Greece roundtrip. You will need to fly into Mytilene International Airport on Lesbos. Mytilene is another name for the Island. It is an international airport with flights from many other cities. From Athens\, Greece flights are very reasonable about $150 roundtrip. \nVisa Information\n Note****US Passport holders do not need a visa for Greece. \nSample Daily Schedule \n… Awaken to the Sunlight! \n6:30 am – Morning Light Meditation + Chanting of Gayatri Mantra + Saraswati Mantras \n7:30 am – Yummy Greek Breakfast \n9:00 am – 9:30 am – Morning Chanting + Writing Practice \n9:30 am – 11:30 am – Soul Flow Hatha Yoga \n12:00 pm – Greek Lunch ! \nFree Time – Excursions to Beach\, Hot Pools\, Massage\, Rest\, Visit Molyvos Village. \n5:00 pm – Afternoon Yoga Class at Retreat or on the Beach – Afternoons will include Teaching sessions\, Ecstatic breathwork\, Restorative Yoga\, Yin Yoga and Sound bath \n7:30 pm – Delicious Dinner At Retreat Center or in Molyvos. 3 \n8:45 pm – Beautiful Summer Evenings will alternate between Kirtan / Ecstatic Chanting & free time Hot Tubs\, Star gazing \nIstanbul Yoga Weekend + Sightseeing Tour – Add on\n Saul will be sharing a weekend workshop in Isatnbul July 13-15 at Cihangir Yoga.\n We will be hosted by our friends at Cihangir and will arrange a few group sightseeing tours in the city along with spending time together as a community. There is a short flight directly from Lesbos (Mytilene Aiport) to Istanbul.
