We are happy to announce Saul’s Atma Yoga Teacher Training early morning yoga sessions will be open to the public. These morning sessions are a beautiful time to explore the deeper dimensions of your practice. Each morning we will explore different themes within the context of a heart and soul–centered, somatic–based yoga practice. We will integrate body, mind, heart and soul through the process using asana, meditation, breathwork, chanting and self-enquiry or inquiry (vichara). All are welcome!
If you are not able to take the full training but want to get the essence of and experience, the sessions are perfect way to do so.
