Join us for this special evening of chanting, community and positivity as we welcome in the New Year of 2017 ! The power of being together in community and supporting each other in setting deeper intentions for this coming year. Jai Ho ! is a Sanskrit and Hindi phrase which means ‘ let there be victory’ or ‘let victory prevail’. Inviting everyone to this clear and high energy (alcohol and drug free) evening. We will spend the evening chanting some kirtan and spirit songs, sharing stories and teachings and special time in reflection and meditation.

Sacred Fire :Healing & Balancing the Manipura Chakra

This practice will focus on the energy center of the Solar Plexus which relates to the element of fire. It is one of the major centers of consciousness within our human energy system and governs power, will, confidence and ego. To heal, strengthen and balance this center is of great importance not only on the spiritual path, but in life itself. Aligning our inner will with the higher will, our limited power with a higher power -LOVE. Saul will share a teaching on Manipura chakra along with special techniques and practices to heal and balance the city of jewels. Session will include lecture, dynamic yoga, breathwork, meditation and chanting.

Awakening Inner Light, Strength and Peace

Join us for this New Year’s eve class, as we focus on turning inwards, reflecting on this past year, and honoring and letting go with love of all that no longer serves us. In our practice we will turn towards and tap into the source of all light, strength and peace within. Class will include a short teaching, meditation, chanting and a full spectrum yoga practice for body mind and soul.

Turning the Dharma Wheel: Activating the flow of Positivity

Join us for the special New Year’s Day class. The theme of the class will be aligning our bodies minds and hearts with the flow of positive energy in the universe. Dharma is universal law in truth, it is the ground of being that all rests upon. All secret traditions use practices to align with this essential and innate flow of goodness in the universe. The more we align our life path with the flow of this energy, the more we align with the source of all goodness strength and healing. Class will include a Dharma talk – sharing various ways as well as practices that we can all use to tap into the deeper flow of truth within us. This will be a time for setting intention to allow positive energies to flow into the New Year. There will also be a full spectrum practice of yoga, breathwork, meditation and chanting.
