Soul Sangha
Join Saul and a gathering of S O U L F R I E N D S for a conscious community journey around the sun. Tapping into the power of the heart and sangha (community) to support each other on the path of life. The power of sangha is a container ‘spiritual family’ which supports us in coming back to the heart, our center and offers reflection and inspiration in the process of healing.
You can join us for one sangha call or you can join is for the whole program.
Whole Program Includes:
• A Monthly Sangha Call with Teaching Theme, Group Meditation, Practice & Q & A
You can join the live call or listen on your own time. Sessions will be recorded.
• Additional Monthly Teaching + Practice Session Each month in addition to the call, Saul will post a teaching (either written, audio or video) with a guided practice session.
• Private Facebook Group for Support + Inspiration. Participants have the option to be part of a private Facebook group to share the journey. You can post questions, receive support and have a place to come together online.
• Once you register, you will have access to all previous calls.
All of the call themes will be heart centered, life relevant and connected to the practice of yoga. There will be space for interaction, expanding awareness and group connection. Each of the calls will last up to 1.5 hours and be recorded for future use. Participants will be able to join the live call or listen to the recording.

Rhythm of Life & Resilience of Heart
In this session we come together in the awareness of the cycles and rhythms. We will explore the ritual of reconnection through the season cycles and practices for true resilience which is always connected to the H E A R T intelligence and nature, this is essential for balance, health and rejuvenation.

Note on Date and Time:
Each call will is scheduled for 21st of each month in harmony with the solstice / equinox cycle. The time is scheduled for 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. However due to travel, technology and logistics the exact day and or time may vary slightly. We will give everyone as much notice as possible for any changes to the live call. Remember the sangha call is recorded so you can listen when it is convenient for you.

You can register with Paypal / $15 per session ( register each month) or $54 for 5 months thru December.
