Soma Rejuvenation Flow – Class Focusing on rejuvenating, unwinding and restoring the natural balance of the body / mind. Includes relaxation, longer holds and healing slow vinyasa.

Power of Sound + Vinyasa Yoga – Class focusing on the power of sound and chanting integrated with a healing breath centered vinyasa practice. Live music and chanting.
