Teachers Immersion – The Power of Practicing & Teaching from the Heart + Healing Adjustments with Saul David Raye

This afternoon immersion is for both students and teachers who wish to deepen their practice on all levels.
We will explore the power of practicing and teaching from the heart as well as give tools, practices and teachings for support. We will also explore the power of healing adjustments done with a deeper awareness of the energetic movements within the asanas as well as correct yogic breathing, use of bandhas and honing our teaching skills (for the teachers). This afternoon is about moving deeper into our practice and our life. We will take a 1 hour lunch break together – a vegetarian lunch is included in the cost of your registration.

All levels are welcome and students are invited to honor their own personal evolution and go at their own pace. You are invited to participate in group energy that creates the space which allows for us all to go deeper into healing and transformation.

We will draw on many practices and techniques of yoga, ayurveda and tantra to support deeper alignment with the heart, mind, body and soul. Sharma is essential truth of creation that is the essence of all things, it is the essential goodness and deeper nature in all things. Chakra means wheel, it is the wheel of life or existence itself. In the yoga tradition, our deepest essence and truth is held within the heart. We will also explore the Buddha’s first teaching on the “Turning the wheel of the Heart and the infinite flow of energy within the heart”.
