Bhakti Yoga Immersion ~ Daily Yoga ~ Meditation ~ Pranayama ~ Chanting ~ Mantra Practice ~ Karma Yoga ~ Yoga Study ~ Spiritual Adventure in Spiritual India!

(50 hours towards Yoga Alliance & Atma Yoga Teacher Training)

Namaste.

Join Saul for a Bhakti Yoga retreat, cultural immersion and spiritual adventure to Mother India. Everyday we practice yoga, meditation and chanting, we visit ancient temples, caves, shrines and sacred rivers. We will visit with revered yogis, saints and inspiring souls devoted to making the world a better place. We will practice Seva (service), Bhakti + Karma Yoga and be immersed into the sacred culture of India in a way that most tourists will never experience. We will learn about the teachings and origins of different yogic paths and explore some of the main spiritual centers of India as well as have time on retreat to absorb the experience. Magical moments chanting and meditating in ashrams, hotel roofs, sitting by the Ganga, meeting other seekers and experiencing the rich source that yoga springs from. This is a spiritual journey, an adventure that we make together. A Yoga magical mystery tour of India.

This journey will be a yogic pilgrimage and a spiritual adventure with a focus on sadhana (practice) and learning. The size of the group will be limited so that the experience can be more intimate and connected and we will be able to move around with ease. If you are feeling moved to join us this year, please send us an email to ritamhealingarts@gmail. We have a short interview to make sure this is the right trip for you and that we can properly support you on this trip.

Yoga & Sound Immersion Classes
During this retreat we will have the opportunity to have yoga & sound immersion classes where we will dive into the philosophy and practices of Nada Yoga,  Bhakti Yoga & Tantra. We will be practicing and learning different chants and mantras and there will also be the chance to learn and practice ledign kirtan and playing some instruments for those that wish to. We will visit some very special places and dive deeply into Indian culture as well as take some time on retreat to rest and integrate the experience.

Testimonials
India…She is magical, mystical, challenging, busy, exotic, chaotic, spiritual and never-ending in her history, adventure and allure. To see and experience India with a guide like Saul makes all of this come alive in technicolor. Even before the trip began I felt at ease with Saul helping us make travel arrangements and providing great information on what to bring, expect, etc. From the moment you touch down in India you feel safe and Saul prepares you for the adventures to begin. But what was probably the best part of seeing India like this was traveling together as a family that ate, danced, sang, chanted, walked, laughed, cried, swam, grew and supported one another all along the journey. Saul creates and holds space for the beauty of deeper connection and pure divine love to unfold. This was truly the trip of a lifetime and we would not have done our first trip to India any other way. Ever so grateful for Saul’s guidance, all of the incredibly soulFULL and wonderFULL experiences and the beautiful friendships and connections forged along the way!

To travel with Saul is to experience India through the lens of the Heart. Through his many years of travel and practice in India, Saul has come to know and gain access to many potent spiritual places and teachers. But being guided to significant places and beings is only one layer of the magic. Saul leads with embodied Bhakti; whether it’s morning sadhana and asana practice, singing kirtan on long bus rides, taking moments of deep silence and reverence at holy sites, enjoying delicious group meals, or traversing the humble streets of villages with joy, each moment (even the challenging times or most seemingly mundane activities) become part of the sacred flow of the journey. I felt completely safe, supported, and seen throughout the trip and was grateful to have logistics taken care of so that I could surrender into the fullness of the experience. For all Bhaktas, and especially if it’s your first time to India, I highly recommend trusting Saul to hold the seat of teacher and guide on this transformative adventure.
