A 8-day  and 7-night immersion in the healing power of ancient yogic wisdom and healing practices, meditation, chanting, community and the profound rejuvenating power of mother nature and her 5 elements.

Nourish your body mind and soul with this special immersion retreat, as we dive into deep yogic wisdom and practice related to the 5 elements; earth, water, fire, air and ether. The five elements are essential to yogic wisdom and the key to deeper practices of physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation. Drawing from the shared practices yoga, tantra, vedanta, ayurveda, jyotish (vedic astrology) and Mother nature, this retreat will offer you a chance to deepen your wisdom and practice of yoga and have plenty of time to renew your spirit to rest, be in nature, swim, surf, be in community, sing, dance and to just be yourself.

Saul and Jeffrey have know each other professionally for 10 years and have enjoyed teaching together for the last few years. They have a combined teaching experience of over 60 years and are both rooted in a deep love and study  of the yoga tradition and many years of practice. This is a great opportunity to study with 2 master teachers. This program can be used as part of the Atma Yoga 300 hour program or as 50 hours of continuing education hours for yoga alliance teachers.

Location – We will be in beautiful Nosara at the Blue Spirit Retreat Center.   Costa Rica is one of the most environmentally conscious countries in the world. We are surrounded by the beauty and power of nature here. Located in Nosara, the Blue Spirit yoga and meditation retreat center is perched on a hilltop over looking the Pacific Ocean and a three-mile white sand beach that is protected as a turtle refuge. The pristine nature, subtropical climate, dedicated staff, and the healing energy of the Nosara community create the ideal environment for your retreat, workshop, or training to become an unforgettable and deeply nurturing experience.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 will hold your space, $400 of the deposit is transferable to another Ritam program if cancelled more than two weeks before the program, $100 of the deposit goes towards administrative fees and is not transferable.
