Please join us an inspiring & nourishing afternoon as we explore powerful prana & somatic based yogic teachings and practices to support inner healing, balance and vitality.
Rejuvenation and renewal is essential in our modern world for health, balance and peace. Ancient Yoga is rooted in deep connection to nature and the elemental energies and developing our intuition.
This workshop is an invitation to bring more fluidity (juiciness), depth and rejuvenation to our practice and life.
We will also integrate the power of breathwork & sacred sound as doorways into the inner world.
Class will include a short dharma reflection (teaching) and embodied practice of asana, pranayama, meditation & chanting with live music.
All levels are welcome.

He is able to bring alive the ancient wisdom teachings for modern seekers and create a safe space for students to connect deeply with their own authentic power, spirit and truth.
