Throughout the year I lead or co-lead retreats each season, I also travel and teach in programs in other cities.

As of this fall, I will be teaching regular weekly classes here in Colroado at Sunwater Spa in Manitou Springs and
teaching monthly workshops at Karma Yoga in Denver. I will be also be hosting some local retreats and
practice immersions here in Manitou Springs atRockledge House / Smokebrush Farms.
